Wholesale/Resale Verification: 

If you plan to resell these products, we require a current copy of your resell license.

Minimum Orders/MOQ:

Minimum order amount is $350.

There is no minimum quantity per item.

 

Order Turn-around Times:

Order turnaround times are usually 1-2 weeks depending on the size and contents of your order. Please note that larger orders of $1500+ may require an additional 2-4 weeks for production. Once we are familiar with your needs we can stay stocked for quicker shipping. We do not keep large quantities of our product on hand because they include natural and organic ingredients and our products have a shorter shelf-life than those with higher preservative content. Please be aware that as we get closer to certain holidays and seasons, lead times may increase due to the volume of orders we receive.

 

Back Orders/Pre-Orders:

You will receive a courtesy call & email when your order comes in letting you know if one or more items is back ordered. You will be offered the option of either replacing the items with something in stock, holding the entire order, or paying the extra shipping when we're able to ship the back ordered product. We will not pay the extra shipping to separate the orders. If we do not hear back from you within 2-3 days the back ordered items will be excluded from your shipment, and we will automatically ship the in-stock items.

 

Payment Terms:

We invoice via PayPal and accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, PayPal and Venmo transfers. Your payment will be processed before your order is packed. Shipping will be charged at the time your package is sent.

 

Shipping:

Orders are shipped from Seattle, WA via USPS, or other shippers as required. You understand you will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred by Wild Hazel Llc. For large orders of $2500+ you should expect extended packing or shipping time if you did not pre-order.

Shipping Additions:

• Some of our products are sensitive to heat and could require special shipping in order to ensure that they arrive intact. Shipping without temperature control from May 1st to September 31st is at your own risk. For temperature-controlled shipping you must note this in your order or call us. Extra shipping charges will apply.

• We do not automatically insure packages, if you would like to pay an additional fee for insurance on your entire order, note this in your order or contact us before your order ships.

Local Delivery:

• We are happy to hand deliver orders that are over $300 to local addresses within 30 miles of Seattle proper. Notify us when placing your order that you are choosing this option.

Damage Claims:

• We go to great lengths to ensure that your order arrives intact. If for some reason your order is damaged in transit, please report it to us within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. Please text or email photos to report the damages.  

• We will issue a credit for merchandise that has been reported as damaged within 7 days, and is received back by Wild Hazel Llc.

 

Returns:

• We accept returns on unopened/unused product within 15 days of purchase.

• You are responsible for return shipping fees, you may reach out to us to see 

if we are able to send you a discounted return label.

• Returns are accepted by phone or email.

• We do not accept returns of open product based on anything other than product damage or pre-mature product expiration claims. We do not accept returns based on dislike of a product or a negative reaction to a product. 

 

Private Label:

All items are purchased from Wild Hazel Llc under the protection and trademark of Wild Hazel Llc and must display the Wild Hazel name. Under no circumstances may you sell Wild Hazel products under any other name, or reproduce products under this trademark.

 

Online Sales

Wild Hazel Llc products:

•  may not be sold on any website for less than retail prices quoted on our official website, https://www.wildhazelseattle.com.

• may not be re-sold to other wholesalers for the purpose of selling retail.

• may not be re-sold to wholesale or discount outlets, either online or otherwise, including eBay, Amazon, or any other online marketplace.

 

Insurance: 

You are responsible for your own liability policy when using and selling our products.

Product Quality:

• We stand behind the quality of every one of our products. Because our products contain natural and organic ingredients, and are handmade, some variations in color, smell, shape and finish are to be expected.

• We retain the rights to change the ingredients list on any of our products at any time without notification. Please refer to the individual label on each product to reference or confirm ingredients for that item.

You understand that placing a Wholesale Order with Wild Hazel Llc indicates that you have read, understand, and accept the conditions outlined in this Wholesale Policy.
