LIGHT AS A FEATHER, Muscle & Chest Rub

Apply a few drops to sore muscles or your upper chest and gently massage until fully absorbed. To soften the strength, blend with a carrier oil like jojoba or sweet almond.

Massage into tight shoulders, calves, or lower back after a workout or a long day. 

 

Dab gently on temples or pressure points to help ease headaches.

 

For stuffy noses or chest tightness, rub a small amount onto the chest and inhale deeply.

 

Kick off your shoes after a long day and soothe them with a few drops of Light As A Feather and a little massage. This is especially nice in toasty climates.

Squalane oil is a great carrier oil for this potent blend of essential oils and will help them absorb into the skin. 

 

Eucalyptus essential oil has a cooling effect on muscles and reduces pain and inflammation. It may assist in reducing aches and pains from different types of arthritis. It is also widely used to aid cough and congestion conditions.

Copaiba resin oil is a potent anti-inflammatory and calming agent that has been used for medicinal purposes since the mid 1600's for respiratory and inflammatory conditions internall and externally. 

 

Wintergreen has the ability to act as a natural pain reducer and is one of the world's most potent anti-inflammatory compounds, therefore giving it it's tension reducing benefits. It absorbs quickly and acts as a numbing agent to cool pain and irritation. It has constituents that work similarly to aspirin so it works as a natural muscle, joint, and bone pain reducer. 

 

Peppermint essential oil is a topical analgesic that works as a natural painkiller and muscle relaxer. Inhalation of peppermind oil can help clear your nasal passageways and reduce congestion. 

 

White Camphor is natural muscle relaxant able to reduce swelling and pain that affect muscles and joints. It cools and warms the muscles relieving stiffness and tension. As an anti-inflammatory, it also muscle and joint pain caused by inflammation and swelling. It's often used in chest rubs due to it's ability to reduce congestion and alleviate coughing.
