BENTONITE BALM Underarm Detox

Bento Balm can be used during the day or night, just make sure you're working with a clean surface. Dab a little under each arm and gently massage in until absorbed. Use daily for up to 2 weeks then 2-3 times per week after that.

 

Best used within 6 months of purchasing.

Adventurous souls may notice they don't need to use their daily deo on days they use Bento Balm. Try it out!

 

Going sleeveless? Swap your stick for Bento Balm to avoid any deodorant clumps or white residue.

 

Don't apply Bentonite Balm to broken or abraded skin. If you have sensitive skin , avoid using right after shaving as the essential oils may be irritating to freshly shaved skin. 

 

If you find Bento Balm too drying for your skin, you can use it as a mask - leave it on for 15-30 minutes and rinse off with water.

Bentonite Clay is composed of volcanic ash and is known for it's abundance of minerals including magnesium, silica, copper, potassium, iron, and calcium. It acts like a magnet for toxins in the body and draws them out. It also has antibacterial properties making it a natural deodorizer. (Yay!)

 

Lonicera Caprifolium and Lonicera Japonica (honeysuckle) Flower Extracts - This natural preservative blend is used around the world in many types of products due to its soothing, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial properites. 

 

Blood Orange Oil is anti-inflammatory and improves circulation, which you definitely want under your arms near those lymph nodes. In addition to unwanted odor, stagnate lymph fluid can cause uncomfortable nodes and can even cause them to enlarge if there's enough built up toxic waste in your lymphatic fluid. 

 

Ho Wood Oil is also highly anti-inflammatory but is known for it's antiseptic properties which can cleanse and protect the skin.

 

Cypress Oil's super power is detoxification. It can remove built up toxins from the body by acting as a diuretic and flushing them out.

Some people can be sensitive to a temporary increase in blood flow caused by bentonite clay in the area it's applied. If you notice redness or irritation, gently rinse the area and the redness should subside.

If your skin turns red but no other irritation occurs, you should be able to continue using the product as a 15-30 minute mask rather than keeping it on.
