CONSULTATION policies

For each person I work with, my goal is to provide confidence in approaching their skincare and routine by sharing my education, experience, and insights on the vast world of beauty and personal care.

CANCELATIONS, RESCHEDULES, & REFUNDS

Our consultation packages are non-refundable and will not be discounted if the client opts out of any services included in the package.

Your appointment is very important to us and it is reserved especially for you. We realize that there can be some unexpected things that can come up in our lives. While truly sympathetic, when a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen. In fairness to all clients as well as to our schedule, this policy is in effect regardless of the reason for the cancellation.

Wild Hazel has a minimum 24 hour cancellation/reschedule policy. If the Virtual Session is missed, canceled, or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, the client will be charged a $15 fee.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover.
